    It took 3 visits but not the company’s fault. The first was to identify the need which was a bit harder because the tech did not have a 20’ ladder to examine the Controller Board. The second visit got the unit running but a fuse blew an hour after he left. The third visit was successful as a likely short was identified. Made sense because it never really blew very cold or very warm. He was on time and professional. My dogs really liked him too which tells me alot! Thanks John for the great service.
